G'Vine
The aromatic secret of G'Vine gin lies in the use of vine flower , a rare and complex product to obtain. Ephemeral, this flower only appears for a few days, generally in June. Flowering then gives the winegrower an idea of the date of the harvest, around a hundred days later. Since the flowers are essential to the production of grapes, picking them in the spring reduces the volume of the harvest in September.
