PETER IN FLORENCE is a London Dry Gin completely made in Tuscany with the first “Carterhead” potstill present in Italy, manufactured following the original design from 1831.The result is an elegant mix of 14 botanicals, with an emphasis on the Iris flower, a symbol of Florence and of its purity and elegance since the IX century, and on juniper, a typical plant of the Florentine hills.
